Kodagu: Indian cricketer Robin Uthappa joined the list of married men after wedding his longtime girlfriend Sheethal in a traditional Kodagu style wedding ceremony, on Sunday March 13.
In a function held at a private hotel Robin dressed in a traditional outfit, got married to Sheethal Goutha, a tennis player in a low key affair with only family members attending it. The Kodava style wedding happening after the traditional catholic wedding ceremony.

Hailing from Suntikopa in Somwarapete taluk in Kodagu, Robin Uthappa son of international Hockey referee Venu Uthappa and Rosy Uthappa, represented Karnataka in Ranji cricket. Later he got selected for the national team playing several matches internationally. He is also known for wicket-keeping and shown his talent in IPL.
