Short films have always been a step for directors as well as actor to showcase their talent. Working in short film is an experience, which will help the youngsters to learn more about filmmaking. From past few years, the viewers have witnessed drastic changes in short films of Kannada language.

A couple of years ago, “Ippathmuru”, a short film directed by Manue Anuram had created waves, Manue Anuram is now back with another short film.

The trailer of the short film titled “Naguva Nayana” was released by popular Kannada director Rishab Shetty on Sunday, October 7. The trailer has received great response in social media. This trailer tells us about a youth, who aspires to be an actor. There is also a parallel track of his love story in this short film.

The highlights of the trailer are the dialogues. Manue Anuram’s dialogues in “Ippathmuru” were one of his biggest strengths and it looks the same will follow in “Naguva Nayana”. We may soon see him being approached by production houses to write dialogues in Kannada films. The music by Karthik Pai leaves a lasting impression in a trailer. Technically the trailer looks rich and all actors seem to have done justice in their role.

The short film stars Sharath, Pallavi Raju and Prashanth R in pivotal roles. Balaji Prasad has worked as associate director in the film. Karthik Pai has composed the music for the film. Suresh Kerketta has worked as cinematographer for the film. Suhas Samuel has provided the rap in the short film. The other team members include Amal Rajendran, Basavaraj Shivanaikar, Praveenkumar Hugar and Anil Meravanige.

The release date of the short film will soon be released.
