Tamannaah has made a big splash in the southern film industries. However, she has not yet played a full-fledged role in a Kannada film. She was seen in an item song in Nikhil Kumarswamy’s debut film “Jaguar” and now, she has expressed her wish to be part of a Kannada film.

In a recent media interaction, Tamannaah revealed that she wants to be part of Kannada films and hopes to star opposite Power Star Puneeth Rajkumar. She has acted with Puneeth in an advertisement for a Bengaluru based fashion store. Impressed with Puneeth’s skills, she hopes to act opposite the star once again.

Tamannaah also hinted that she may act in a Kannada movie by the year’s end. When asked more about it, she said that she will make an official announcement soon. This news has led to speculation that she will be playing the lead in Puneeth’s 29th film, which will be directed by Industry Hit director Santhosh Ananndram. However, no official confirmation from the team has come yet.
