The trailer of Kannada film “Shuddi” has met with good response everywhere. Launched by Priyanka Upendra recently, it has been grabbing the eyeballs pretty well. The film speaks on the goddess of purification. The film is about atrocities on women in the society. In the plot, one is waging a battle in court and the protagonist is another woman who is an NRI. Lauren Spartan, Smitha and Amrutha are playing prominent roles in the film along with Ajay Raj and Shashank. The film is about a woman from abroad coming to India on a vengeance. Three characters in this film converge in the climax. 

The film has been produced by Madesh Bhasker and Nandini and directed by Adarsh, who is very confident of the film doing very well commercially as well as critically.

With number of Kannada releases lined up in next few weeks, the team is looking for suitable date to release its film.
