Shanvi Srivastav of ‘Masterpiece’ fame has been roped in as the heroine for Sri Murali starrer ‘Mufti’ which is being directed by Narthan. Produced by Jayanna and Bhogendra under Jayanna Combines banner, the film was recently announced.

The film also has Shivarajkumar in pivotal role. This will be the first collaboration of cousins Sri Murali and Shivarajkumar. The action entertainer has built huge expectations among audience. Sri Murali is in his best phase of his life with his last two films ‘Ugramm’ and ‘Rathavara’ becoming superhits. ‘Mufti’ is also expected to join the list.

Shanvi made her Sandalwood debut with Om Prakash Rao’s ‘Chandralekha’. The horror comedy was a run away hit. However it was her second film ‘Masterpiece’ with superstar Yash, which made her enter into big league actresses of Sandalwood. She was praised for her ‘ghost’ role in the film. She is currently busy with Saheba’, which is also being produced under Jayanna Combines banner.
