Mysuru: Film producer and Member of Legislative Council Sandesh Nagaraj gifted Sandalwood Star Darshan a Porsche car costing Rs 1.2 Crore to coincide with actor’s 40th birthday and the launch of his 51st film.

Darshan had celebrated his 40th birthday in the company of fans and well wishers at Bengaluru, on February 16. He visited Mysuru on February 22 to meet Sandesh Nagaraj along with his “Chowkha” film crew. Incidentally, Sandesh Nagaraj is the producer of the film “Chowkha.”

Taken aback by the film’s resounding success, the film producer gave away his own foreign made Porsche car costing Rs 1.2 Crore.

Wodeyar, Darshan’s 51st film

Sandesh Nagaraj will be producing his 25th film titled Wodeyar, under the banner of Sandesh Productions. Incidentally, it will be Darshan’s 51st film in the lead role.
