Puneeth Rajkumar has always been known to favour other industry directors. He has worked with directors in films like “Appu”, “Ninindale”, “Yaare Koogadali”, “Veera Kannadiga” and “Chakravyuha” and he is now set to work with “Visaranai” director, Vetrimaaran, for a film to be made under Rockline Productions.Vetrimaaran and Rockline Productions have associated together earlier, with Venkatesh taking the remake rights of “Visaranai” to be made in three other southern languages and in Hindi too. It is not clear if the film is a remake or original.
The work on the film will start in second half of the year. This will be Rockline Venkatesh’s film with Puneeth after 12 years. They had last collaborated for “Ajay” in 2006.
