National award winning actress Priyamani will have two of her films clashing this Dasara. Her films  ‘Dana Kayonu’ and ‘Idolle Ramayana’ are all set to release on the same day. Both the films are scheduled to release on October 7.
Priyamani plays prominent characters in both the films. While, Yogaraj Bhatt has directed ‘Dana Kayonu’, Prakash Rai has directed ‘Idolle Ramayana’. The former is a mass entertainer which is expected to do well in single screens, whereas the latter is a class entertainer which is expected to do well in multiplexes.

‘Idolle Ramayana’ was announced first as Dasara release. The film will also have it’s Telugu version released on same day. ‘Dana Kayonu’, which is in the making since long time, was recently announced as Dasara release.

With both the genres being different, it does not look like clash will affect both the films. This clash will surely be a treat to Priyamani’s fans as they can see their favorite star in two films.
