Imagine a movie without fights, songs and love sequences! The response would be a half-empty theatre. If the same movie does not have a known star cast, then the audience would be a handful. The movie U-Turn directed by Pawan Kumar entered its second week with movie goers taking turns to see the thriller.

The director with movies like Lucia, Life Ishtene in his kitty has managed to draw the crowds to watch his mystery thriller which is running to packed houses at different theaters and multiplexes in Mysuru like Lido, Inox and DRC. It was simultaneously released in most of the Indian metros as well as in Europe, America and Singapore.
The star cast is led by a Mysurean residing is US by the name Roger Narayan while Shraddha Srinath is the heroine. The rest of the cast includes Pawan and theater artist Rangaswamy from Bengaluru in minor roles. The art direction is by Badal Nanjundaswamy and the music is composed by SV Poornachandra Tejaswi.
The movie has been dubbed in Tamil and Telugu and the makers feel that if there is enough substance, the crowds will flock theatres automatically. The director Pawan is also taking up a new project titled Nicotine. With U turn inching towards success, the makers are happy to be in line to match the needs of present day viewers.
Surely, the movie U-Turn has taken a different turn!
