Nayanthara turns 40 later this year. Still, she is the Tamil film industry’s leading lady superstar. She is the highest-paid actress in South India. However, she is not often cast opposite top stars.
Superstars Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Thalapathy Vijay, and Ajith are collaborating with various actresses, but Nayanthara has not been cast in any of these films. Even in Telugu, she has no films.
So, she’s under pressure to sign big movies. Due to this reason, she agreed to appear in “KGF” star Yash’s new film, Toxic. She plays his sister in the movie.
She previously played Megastar Chiranjeevi’s sister in “Godfather”. It appears that Nayan is gradually moving into that zone.
