Abu Dhabi: Rachael Productions’ maiden venture and producer Ronald Martis’s first ever Tulu film, “Kambalabettu Bhatrena Magal” had a hat-trick successful houseful show in Novo Cinemas, World Trade Centre, Abu Dhabi on Friday, May 24. This was after successful houseful shows in Dubai and Sharjah.

The audience responded well to the movie. The common comment from the audience was that the film had a different subject when compared to the other films. While most of the audience appreciated the beautiful locations and songs, some commended the filmmakers for portraying the Tulu culture well.

Ronald Martis greeted the guests with a rose on the stage. Shodhan Prasad of Sandhya Creations Overseas Movies presented the movie to the audience and thanked them for coming out in large numbers top support the film. He also requested them to show support in the future as well.

KCO President, Valerian Dalmeida, Abu Dhabi Karnataka Sangha President, Sarvotham Shetty, Robert Pinto, Cynthia D’Cunha, Actor Deepak Paladka, Actor Claud D’Leema, Actress Ranjitha Lewis, Producer Ronald Martis, Businesswoman Hilda D’Souza, Bhasker Shetty and others were present.

“Kambalabettu Bhatrena Magal” has been directed by Sharath S Poojary, Baggathota. The production in-charge is Prakash Gatty and the music has been scored by Shinoy V Joseph. Aishwarya A Acharya, Shailu Birwa, Sharath Poojary Kapu, Pradeep J Shetty, Shankar Bhat, Rashmitha Changappa and Lavanya Kotian play pivotal roles in the film and Arvind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjur, Prakash K Tuminadu, Ramesh Rai Kukkuvalli, Satish Bandale, Shivaprakash Poonja, Shobhpriya Nair and Saroja Rao are special star cast.

The makers of the film are planning another screening either in Ajman or Ras Al Khaimah according to the requests pouring in from these places.
