Doha: Mangalore Cricket Club, a frontline community group organized a fun-filled family annual picnic for its members at the Alsailiya Family Park on January 29, 2016.
The well organized picnic began at 1 pm, with a keynote address by MCC president Norbert Corda. Breakfast and refreshing beverages was served at the venue.

This was followed by the introduction of the members along with their families. Later, the gathering had a sumptuous lunch followed by games.

For the games, the members were divided into different categories of kids, men, women and all the members participated enthusiastically in games.

Team wise games were conducted which saw sportive participation by all the participants. Games like tug of war, ball in the dodge were held.

The venue was set up by the committee members led by vice president Prakash Noronha, Riana Pinto, Mishal Lobo, Jason Lobo.

Norbert Corda thanked the gathering and announced the upcoming events like family sports day and annual board meeting.

The event concluded with the prize distribution by President Norbert Corda and MCC former president Vivian Dsouza.

The members had a wonderful time and left the venue with sweet memories.
