Qatar: An Environment campaign program under Ministry of environment and ICC, Karnataka Sangha Qatar organised In-house campaign on 6th Feb 2015 at Al Maha Boys academy, Doha.

The program started at 4.00PM with a fancy dress competition from children. With various subjects on environment conservation children showcased their talent and dedication.

Program continued with street play “Grow prukruti,stop vikruti ” directed by HK Madhu and cast by Yogesh Pai, Della Rego, Nirmala Raghuraman and Kruthika Ashwin, which was fully applauded from the audience. Meanwhile green committee member Tufail Matheen also highlights the topic ‘Global climate change’ with power point presentation.

The programme followed with Bharathnatyam performance from renowned artist Soumya Naidu and mono act from Della Rego and Alisha Rego which was amplifies the environment awareness messages at campaign. Tufail Matheen also enthralled the audience by singing with his melodies voice. Beside this extravaganza KSQ also organised ‘Best out of Waste’ competition for women, which attracts to delegates and huge audience.

Dileep Kumar, Liason officer & technical advisor to Qatar Minister of Environment, was chief guest of the day. ICBF president Arvind Patil, was guest of honour of the day. President Deepak shetty and vice president Nagesh Rao escorts the chief guest to the dias.

Dileep Kumar highlights the work of KSQ towards Environment Awareness Campaign with his words of appreciation. Prize distribution done for various competition conducted by KSQ from past different campaigns. Green plant samplings have been distributed to all the participants as a token of appreciation.

Cultural secretary H.K.Madhu compere the event.ICC secretary Divakar Poojary, Tulukoota president Ravi shetty, Bunts Qatar president Prakashchandra Ajila were present on the occasion.
