Dubai: Kannadigaru Dubai, an organization for Kannadigas in Dubai, are all set to celebrate “Karnataka Rajyotsava”, like they do every year, in a grand manner with some of the famous Kannadiga personalities who have served the society selflessly in attendance.
Kannadigaru Dubai in association with Precious Parties & Entertainment LLC have scheduled this year’s “Rajyotsava Celebrations” at J.S.S. International School, Al Barsha South, on Friday the 13th of November, 2015. Former Prime Minister/President of JDS, H.D. Deve Gowda will grace the occasion as Chief Guest. The very famous Comedian, Actor, Director, Producer “Kannada Ratna” Awardee Dwarakish has also agreed to be part of the programme and grace the stage.
The guests of honor will also include 24×7 Suvarna News TV Crime Investigative Journalist, Vijayalakshmi Shibroor and Chairman of Suchitra Films & Cultural Academy Bangalore/Director General of Police (Addl. Fr), K.V.R. Tagoor .
The programme will start at 5.30 pm with a variety cultural programme by the well known faces of Karnataka which will include Mandya Ramesh, Tennis Krishna, Manjubhashini, Prashant Nirghung, Roopa Prabhakar and others who are expected to tickle your funny bones with their standup comedy throughout.
The programme will also include different cultural activities by various other Karnataka Associations and school children. There will be a special performance by Dance Group “Nritya Disha Trust” led by Darishini Manjunath and her disciples who are arriving from Bangalore. Mandya Zafarulla Khan, MD of Zain Group of Hotels, Dubai & Vice President of JDS are the Event Sponsors.
