Karama: Keeping the spirit of Tuluvas in the UAE upbeat with their mesmerizing dramas over the years, Gammath Kalavider will soon be celebrating its fifth year. To mark the occasion, the troupe will be staging ‘Nank Maaterla Bodu’ a socio-comical drama scripted by Naveen Shetty Alake at Emirates Theatre on February 12, 2016.

The Muhurtam on account of this was organized on Friday, November 6 at Winny’s Restaurant, Karama. The ceremony was led by priest Lakshmikanth Bhat. Rajesh Kuttar compered the programme.

President of the troupe Vishwanath Shetty sought the support of all members, fans and the media on the occasion.

President of Karnataka Sangha, Sharjah and Proprietor of Chilly Willy Sathish Venkatarama, Managing Director of Merit Freight LLC Joseph Mathias, President of Billavas’ Association Sathish Poojary were present among others.

Gammath Kalavider, having decided to utilize the funds raised from the show towards upliftment of the downtrodden, as they do every year, Chief Sponsor of the troupe Harish Bangera has urged all the Tuluvas in the UAE to turn up in large number and make it a grand success.
