Vedike activists smear black the car number board of doc from Maharashtra

Mysore: An incident in which Karnataka Rakshana Vedike activists smeared black the number board of a car of Maharashtra registration  was reported from near the Amritheshwara Temple on Diwans Road here on August 1, Friday.

If Dr Pradeep Sevvale of Maharashtra origin has been residing in Gokulam here since the past ten months,  Madesha, District President of the Shivaramegowda faction of the Vedike,  believing that he was a fake doctor, had tried to lodge a police complaint when the doctor produced relevant documents to prove that he was a genuine doctor.

Not satisfied with the explanation, the Vedike activists  smeared black the number board of the car of the doctor bearing registration number (MH 41 V 3683) merely because it was a Maharashtra registration vehicle and  had the board Karnataka IPC (International Press Community) State President.

Madesha who spoke to reporters later, alleged that the atrocities of Shiva Sena activists on Kannadigas was on the rise and urged the Karnataka Government to protect the interests of Kannadigas.
