Mysuru: Security has been stepped up in Bengaluru following the Intelligence report that hints at possible terror attack. With this even Mysuru has been put on alert and checking has been going on in Railway station and various other tourist places.
Additional police forces have been pressed into action in Mysuru. As many as 12 KSRP platoons, 10 CAR platoons, 40 commandos squads, bomb detection squad, canine squad and civil police are on duty.
Security has been stepped up at Mysuru Railway station, Amba Vilas palace, Mysuru zoo, Chamundi hills, Krishnaraja sagar (KRS) among others.
Inspector-grade officers will patrol the city for next 24 hours to supervise the security arrangements.
