Mysore : Retired professor Chandrashekhar Gowda has urged the Kannada Book Authority to bring out a book on the life and achievements of Hardikar and the Seva Dal activities.



He was speaking as a chief guest at the 125th birth anniversary celebrations of Padmabhushan Dr N.S. Hardikar, the founder of Bharath Seva Dal, at the district committee office of the Seva Dal here on Wednesday May 7. Chandrashekhar Gowda suggested formulation of programmes to spread the Seva Dal activities even to rural areas and to popularise the ideals of Hardikar.
Mohan Kumar, State President of Karnataka Kavalu Pade, B Bhagyavathi, Councillor, Shanker, Secretary of district unit of Seva Dal, KM Basavegowda, Treasurer, Ananda, President of Jnanadeepa Educational Institution, BR Sheshachala, resource person and others were present.
