Mysuru: Day three of the Royal Wedding saw the pre marriage rituals of Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar. The King performed Kannadi Thotti Ganapathi pooja, punnyaaha and vratha samaavarthane homa.

Thereafter, Kashiyatre Khillat’ was given to Yaduveer from Trishikas parents Harshwardhan Singh and Maheshree Kumari. Kashiyathra procession will be held from Madan Vilas door to all temples inside the fort in the evening. Later in the evening, after the Kashiyathra procession, Trishikas parents will be performing Paada puja to Yaduveer.
On Monday between 9.05am and 9.35am, muhurtham will be held at Kalyan Mantap and on Tuesday, reception will be held between 7.30pm and 8.30pm at Durbar hall. Police have made elaborate security arrangements at the palace premise as many VVIPs are expected to take part for the muhurtham as well as for the reception. More than 2000 people are expected to attend the royal wedding.
