Mysuru: West Indies cricketer and youth sensation DJ Bravo who was in the city to attend a college programme was allegedly insulted by the police here on Friday, April 22 night.
Bravo, who is currently in news for his song Champion was supposed to arrive for the programme at 8pm. Following Jamaican cricketer’s visit thousands of students gathered inside the campus by 6pm itself.
But due to some reasons, Bravo arrived at 9.45pm. As police had given permission to hold the programme till 10pm, the cricketer was abruptly pulled away at 10pm from the stage by the police.
Bravo could perform only for two songs and the students expressed their anguish against the police officials for restricting their star cricketer from performing.
