Mysuru: Prof K S Rangappa, Vice Chancellor, University of Mysore inspected the development work in the University campus.

Speaking to Newskarnataka he said keeping the centenary celebration of Mysore University in mind we are trying to complete all the development construction as soon as possible.

We will try to celebrate the centenary in grand style and are trying to take the  University to the international level, he added.

“The fund released by the UGC is utilized for many constructions like the main entrance to the University,  roads, building, Gym for the students, KSET examination center,  and indoor stadiums for both Maharaja and Yuvaraja College”..

He instructed the Engineers to renovate the hostel rooms and classrooms this academic year.

C Basavaraju Registrar, Mahadevappa Finance Officer, Kishore Chandra Executive Engineer were also present during the inspection.
