Mysuru: Inaugurating second day’s Basava Jayanthi cultural programme renowned actor Prabhudeva recounted his strong association with the heritage city of Mysore and said that city is his home town.
Using his skills in playing tambourine to the applause of audience present he said he feels at home in Mysuru and is extremely happy to be a part of the celebrations.

Recalling the words of Siddeshwara Swamiji that peaceful life can be lead with broad outlook in life, he felt though he likes to adopt open life style but pulls and pressures of daily life prevent him from leading peaceful life.

Prabhudeva’s mother Mahadevamma was felicitated by the All India Lingayath Mahsabha on the occasion.
