Mysuru: In a shocking incident, a married man who was in love with a widow killed her and also hanged himself near Indira Colony in T Narasipura town on Tuesday.
Raju(30) from the colony brutally killed Jyoti, a widow residing at the same colony.

Jyoti lost her husband Mahadevaswamy from Mandya three years ago. Raju, who has a wife and a child, fell in love with Jyoti and had an illicit affair. On Tuesday, he entered her house and after an altercation over some petty issue ending in him killing her. Later he too committed suicide by hanging self.

Jyothi’s mother filed a complaint at T Narasipura police station. Further investigation is on.
