Mandya: A government higher primary school teacher has been suspended by the Education department on charges of attempting to sell the SSLC Hindi question paper here on Thursday.

The teacher Nanjundaswamy, from a school in Thalashasana village had allegedly shared a photo of the question paper with his friend Purushotham in Pandavapura taluk on Wednesday.

The duo were arrested by the police and the papers were seized from them.

While questioning the duo revealed to the Mandya police that three more people were involved in the crime who are absconding. One among the accused is a physical education teacher.

A special team has been formed to nab the accused.
