Mysore :In view of Independence Day celebrations on Aug. 15, the Mysore City Police in association with the District Administration held a rehearsal parade at Mysore University Oval Grounds in city this morning.

The rehearsal parade was launched with the showering of flower petals to the National Flag. Palace Security Inspector V. Shailendra commanded the parade in which Civil, Traffic, KSRP, CAR, DAR, Mounted Police personnel, NCC Cadets, Scouts and Guides and officials from various departments participated.
