Mysore : The Students’ Association of Dept. of Information Science & Engineering, INFONITE, a Forum of Information Science Students of GSSS Institute of Engineering & Technology for Women, Mysore, celebrated Syntaxcia -14.0, the Annual Fest at Sri M. Govinda Rao Memorial Hall in the city recently.


Mr. R.N.Kumar, Faculty(Behavioral Science), Administrative Training Institute, Mysore gave a talk on “Performance Enhancement & Management”. In his address, he insisted students to know and accept their responsibility. He spread the concept of changing themselves to bring changes in the world.
Principal, Dr. P. Prakash, insisted that knowledge, developing curiosity, thinking capability, obedience and overcoming the weaknesses are the simple ways to rise in life.
Raghunandan Prakash, CEO, Cepheus Technology, Mysore gave a technical talk on “Near Field Communication”. In his address, he said smart phones equipped with NFC technology can be used to link mobile devices with payment and contactless systems. In his talk he spoke on how NFC was becoming an emerging technology.
