Mysuru: Hasiru Sene members staged a protest outside the Deputy Commissioner’s office in the city on July 21 demanding fulfillment of their genuine demands. Large number of protestors shouting slogans underlining messages of equality and protection were led by the district farmer union leaders.

Their demands included solving problems of Bagar Hukum cultivators, Waiver of farmer loans and utilization of water resources in order to provide drinking water. They later submitted a memorandum to the deputy commissioner listing all their demands.
Few farmers from Chamarajanagar and T.Narsipur were arrested when they tried to lay siege to chief minister’s Mysuru residence at Ramkrisha Nagar in the city.
