Mysore: Two men were arrested by the Mandi police for allegedly stealing motorcycles from around the city on Sunday August 25.

The arrested have been identified as 22-year-old Dastagir alias Shahrukh, a resident of Bade Makaan and 26-year-old Syed Azeem a resident of NR Mohalla in city.

On reliable information the duo was nabbed by the Mandi police from the Edgah ground at Tilaknagar, under the leadership of Mandi Police Inspector Lakshmikanth Talwar and other police officials

Suspicious about their movements, the police interrogated them and the duo confessed to their crime. The police have recovered three Hero Honda motorcycles, estimated worth Rs. 80,000.
