Mysuru: “Frustrated over the successful implementation of many people-friendly programmes by the Congress government in the State, the BJP is trying to create communal tension”, alleged Chief Minister Siddharamaiah during Janatha Darshan at his Ramakrishnanagar residence in city.
On Wednesday November 5, speaking to the public, the CM declared that the law and order situation in the State is well in control. He also said that no one taking law into hands in the guise of protests and strikes will be spared as the government is committed to ensure peace in the society.

Referring to the demands of Thirthahalli girl Nanditha’s parents seeking a CBI probe into the death of their daughter recently, Siddharamaiah said that there was no need for CBI probe as CID and Lokayukta are equally competent in solving such cases and blamed the BJP for glorifying the incident to destabilize his government.

During the initiative of Janatha Darshan hundreds of people presented their applications seeking ration cards, houses and other such issues were brought into notice to the Chief.
