Mysuru: After completing hectic campaign in the two by-poll constituencies of Nanjangud and Gundlupet, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah summoned Kempaiah, his confidante and advisor to Home Minister, to assess the prospects of Congress based on intelligence reports.

Found in relaxed a mood at his T K Layout residence, CM was seen interacting with the leaders from the two constituencies to chalk out last minute strategies to ensure party candidates’ victory.

Siddaramiah summoned his close confidante Kemapiah over phone to extract information through intelligence agencies on the fortune of congress candidates in the two assembly constituencies.

Common people were denied permission for interview with the CM during the day. He is likely to go to his farmhouse on the outskirts of the city after lunch to chalk out last minute plans before leaving to Bengaluru in the morning of April 9.
