Mysore: Activists of CITU staged a demonstration in front of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office here on November 7, Thursday demanding a CBI investigation into all cases of suspicious deaths reported from in and around Dharmasthala.

The fact that 472 such cases have been registered in the local police station since the past several years, that too in Dharmasthala which is considered the seat of justice, has given room for several doubts, the agitators said.

Just as Sowjanya case has been handed over to CBI, even all these suspicious death cases too should be entrusted to the CBI, the CITU has demanded.
