Chamarajanagara: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said that the India Energy Week-2023 will be celebrated in Karnataka next February and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the event.

He was speaking after inaugurating the 3,000 KLPD Ethanol and Sugar Factory organised by VINP Distilleries and Sugars Pvt. Ltd. at Konanakere Village in Shiggavi Taluk on Sunday December 18. He said that the Central Government has decided to celebrate Energy Week in Bengaluru City.

The City has the highest number of R&D centres, he added.
