Mysore:The three Cessna flights at Mandakalli airport have been extended for a month.Thus the Visitors who missed the aerial joyride last Dasara have another chance this year.

Last year,these flights,introduced for the first time, were a hit among tourists and visitors.The demand was so much that many people returned without getting chance to fly. Deputy commissioner and Dasara Special Officer C Shikha told sources that given the demand, the numbers of flights and duration have been extended.

She said a couple of Cessna 152 and one Cessna 172 will take visitors up into the air.

Its been organised by the district administration in association with the Government Flying Training School in Jakkur,Bangalore.
