Mysore: ABVP staged protest in front of the office of Deputy Commissioner, condemning the barbarous act of slaying Indian soldiers by Pak forces.

Addressing the protesters, ABVP city unit secretary Venkatesh alleged that the soft stance of union government is responsible for slaying Indian soldiers patrolling on LoC by Pak armed men, alleged Venkatesh.
Venkatesh condemned the soft stance of union government, in spite of recurring incidents of killing Indian soldiers by Pak forces. The cowardly act is a disgrace to the nation. There have been 44 clashes from 1999 to 2011, 74 incidents of cross-fire only in 2012. It’s clear that Pak is aiming to create destabilize peace. The delay in taking appropriate action has indeed demoralized the Indian armed forces, said Venkatesh.
Venkatesh urged the union government to stall trade with Pak. He further alleged that the national interest is in peril due to Chinese incursions on north eastern Indian states and on the other hand, Pak overtures on Indian armed personnel, alleged Venkatesh.
ABVP district convener Rakesh, secretary Nagendraswamy and others were present on the occasion.
