Mysuru: Under Private Public Partnership, five thousand government schools across the state will be established on the lines of well reputed and established private schools, said Primary and Secondary Education Minister Tanveer Sait.
Speaking after inaugurating make shift tent school and library for Mahouts Kavadis children at Palace premise here on Monday he said, “With big private partners including reputed IT firms and hoteliers we will be coming out with 5000 government model schools.”

“The school will be equipped with all modern facilities. Not only education, we will also chalk out how best we can encourage extracurricular activities among children. These schools will be on par with well-established and well equipped private schools. The MOU in this regard will be signed later in the month of September,” he added.
