Hassan: Hoysala Utsava-2016 will be held from April 1 to 3.

The invitation of the annual event was released by Animal Husbandry and District In-charge Minister A Manju on Sunday.

The cultural extravaganza is scheduled to be held at the Pushpagiri Rangamandir in the temple town of Belur in the district.

The event will be inaugurated by the district in-charge minister in the presence of former prime minister H?D?Deve Gowda. Minister for Tourism R?V?Deshpande and Minister for Kannada and Culture Umashree will be the chief guests at the programme. Pushpagiri Mutt pontiff Somashekara Swamy will attend. MLA?Y?N?Rudregowda will preside.
