New bypass road in Hubballi by next July
Hubballi: Soon Hubballi city will be decongested of traffic in view of a new bypass road, which will act as a half ring-road for City, being developed, connecting three national highways.
This four-lane road which is expected to reduce traffic congestion inside the city is expected to be complete by July next year.
On July 3, MP Pralhad Joshi and Leader of Opposition in Legislative Assembly Jagadish Shettar who inspected the road development works, informed that this new bypass road would help vehicles moving from and towards Vijayapur, Gadag, Bengaluru, and Karwar to pass Hubballi City without entering it.

Leader of Opposition in Legislative Assembly Jagadish Shettar informed that the new bypass road work has been taken up as part of NH 63 upgradation project, while officials have been asked to speed up the work and make the road ready before July next year.
