Hubballi: If you’re planning to travel by state bus in the north Karnataka region on Monday and Tuesday, please be aware that there may be some schedule adjustments due to the Lok Sabha election on Tuesday (May 7).
The North Western Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (NWKRTC) will be deploying a significant number of buses to support election duties. This means that of the total 468 buses available in the Hubballi Rural Division’s five depots, approximately 100 will be temporarily assigned to election-related tasks. Similar deployments are expected from the Dharwad Rural Division, Hubballi City Division, and other divisions in surrounding districts.
NWKRTC officials said that the passengers may experience slight disruption in the service during this time and requested cooperation from the passengers.
