‘Vivencia’15 ends on a grand note

Manipal: The students of School of Management – Manipal University, held the Valedictory function of their two-day National Level Management and Cultural fest – ‘Vivencia’15 on Friday, March 13.

Over 15 colleges and 300 students participated in the various challenges organized during the fest. Valedictory was fruitful with the unique stage programes like dance, mockery shows and other entertainments.

Prize distribution of the 7 events was organise on the occasion as follows:-

Marketing – Formula Street

First place – Samee Ahmed and Ramya Kushalappa from Dept. of Public health, Manipal

Second place- Falen Lasrado and Aveeb from St. Aloysious institute of Management Mangaluru
  
Business Quiz – Bamboozled – the knowledge challenge

First place –Mathew Sebastian and Akilesh from Kristu Jayanti College, Bengaluru

Second place- Denver and Royce Banetto from St. Aloysious institute of Management Mangaluru

Healthcare – Salubrious

First place – Aaron and Julie Sara from St. Aloysious institute of Management Mangaluru

Second place- Dr Heena Kousate and Dr Richa Aggarwal, Dept. of Public health, Manipal

Finance – Cash Mob

First place – Michelle and Bharath from St. Aloysious institute of Management Mangaluru

Second place- Susmi and Upasana, Dept. of Public health, Manipal

Operations – Stratopolis

First place – Swathi and Rizwan from MITE

Second place- Brayan and Jeetha from St. Aloysious institute of Management Mangaluru

Human Resource- Sentinel

First place – Neha and Payaswini, SDM, Mangaluru

Second place-Lizzel and Apurvi from St. Aloysious institute of Management Mangaluru

Best Manager:

Dr Richa Aggarwal, a student of Dept. of Public health, Manipal, while speaking to News Karnataka said that it is an opportunity for the students to learn more about the management skills.

She added that “It is the best time for student, usually we study about patients and treatments however here we have learned about hospital management, usually we will have just theoretical knowledge in this regards however here we get a practical experience of it.”
