March 12, 2015 , Management students display their skills at Vivencia ’15
Manipal: Various events challenging the management skill of the students were organized during the day. Each event focused on the potential of the student to solve a managerial problem however it was a fun-filled event as students learnt from each other and enhanced their knowledge.

On the first day, the events held were Sentinel, Formula Street, Cashmob, Stratapolis, Salubrious, Bamboozled, Xecute.







Dr HS Ballal inaugurates ‘Vivencia’15
Manipal: “The students of School of Management – Manipal University, launched their two-day National Level Management and Cultural fest – ‘Vivencia’15 on Thursday March 12.
The event was inaugurated by Dr HS Ballal, Pro Chancellor of Manipal University – the chief guest on the event, Dr KVM Varambally Director of the School of Management at the Manipal University, and Dr. Yogesh Pai, Associate Professor and coordinator of the fest. The dignitaries inaugurated the event by lighting the lamp.
After Dr Laxmi Narayan introduced the chief guest, Dr. HS Ballal, in his presidential address, said, “Such events are an encouragement for the students as it gives them an exposure on the current happenings in their surroundings as well as provides them an opportunity to interact.”
He also said that management students should not segregate themselves from the health science section, “Make use of everything the Manipal University offers, learn and grow”, he concluded.
Addressing the gathering Dr. KVM Varambally said, “In most of the activities the output is important but as a Management student the process of the outcome is important. There are no problems, there are only challenges”, he stressed.
During the inaugural function the overall champions’ trophy was unveiled by the dignitaries. Saneej gave an overview of the event while the vote of thanks was delivered by Kavya Kumar.
