Udupi: MLA Yashpal Suvarna instructed the Municipal Council officials to take measures for adequate water supply in Udupi Municipal Council till the start of next rainy season.

He visited the Udupi Municipal Council and held a meeting with the officials. As already mentioned, he instructed the officials to take steps to supply water once in 3 days through water supply rationing and to supply water through tankers as per the demand of each ward.

He informed the council members of the ward about water supply and asked them to supply water through tankers at convenient times for the public.

He said that next week he will hold a meeting with the officials regarding dredging of drains, task force and other urgent works as a pre-monsoon preparation.
