Udupi: The crucial report from forensic experts in connection to the sensational Bhasker Shetty murder case is out. The bones which the police collected during the investigation of the case are that of human, said the report.

According to sources, it is yet to be confirmed if the bones belonged to Bhasker Shetty. The tests are on and the reports might be out in ten days.

The CID is currently probing the case after police were accused of showing laxity regarding the same.

It may recalled that, police arrested Rajeshwari and Navneeth on charges of murder and destroying evidence while they arrested Niranjan for allegedly helping in disposing of Bhasker Shetty’s body. The police further arrested Srinivas Bhat, father of Niranjan Bhat, and Raghavendra, Niranjan’s car driver on the charge of destruction of evidence in the case. While Niranjan Bhat is in the CID’s custody, the other four are in judicial custody.
