Udupi: Prime accused in sensational Bhasker Shetty murder case – Rajeshwari Shetty and Navaneeth Shetty who are the wife and son of the deceased respectively have been produced before the court on Friday. The court has extended their police custody till August 16.

The police custody of the accused ended today, August 12 and hence they were produced before the court by investigating officer and ASP Sumana.

Meanwhile K T Balakrishna, who took charge as the SP on Thursday held a meet with the investigating team in Manipal Police station and gathered all the available details about the case.

Large number of people had gathered outside the court premises to have glimpses of the mother-son duo who seem to be an eyesore at this juncture of time.
