Mangaluru: Tulu film ‘Dabak Daba Aisa’ which released on last Friday has created a new record by collecting Rs 50,26, 357 on first week. Audience has widely appreciated the work of lead actor Naveen D Padil.

The movie was released in 12 theatres and the new record has come in just 371 shows and broken the record of ‘Chalipolilu’ which had collected Rs 45 lakhs.

The movie has been produced by Prakash Pandeshwar under Jayakirana Films. The movie-goers have accepted the movie despite the film being leaked before release.

Devdas Kapikad, Naveen D Padil, Arvind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Sundara Rai Mandara, Laxmana Kumar Mallur, Sarojini Shetty, Sheetal Naik are in lead roles in the movie. Utpal Nayanar’s camera works and music rendered by Rajesh Nayak are the plus-points of the movie.
