Mangaluru: In a tragic incident, a 25-year-old youth reportedly passed away due to heart attack while he was driving his newly bought car near Kuntikan on National Highway 17 here on Tuesday, May 3.

Kalandar is the deceased. He is the son of Alibaba from Vidyanagar government school, Panjimogaru.

According to sources, the passersby thought that the car was parked on the roadside. But when keenly observed, the driver seemed motionless. They checked him and found him dead.

His family members rushed to the spot after being informed.

He leaves behind his parents, three brothers and a sister with his death. He used to run a catering business.

His relatives informed that Kalandar had heart problem since childhood but his condition as improving.

Kadri police visited the spot.
