Mangalore: The voters in Karnataka deonstrated that Gujarat CM Narendra Modi has no qualities to become PM, said Congress veteran Janardhan Poojary.
Addressing the media persons during a press meet held in the outline of Congress victory in the assembly elections at Congress election publicity office here on Wednesday May 5 said that in spite of Gujarat CM Narendra Modi had campaigned for assembly elections in Mangalore, Belgaum and Bangalore; the voters across Karnataka voted for Congress because who believe communalism has no place in secular country, said Poojary.
The voters in Karnataka demonstrated that they will not reelect the party that was involved in corruption. It would also apply to Congress if the new government follows the earlier regime, cautioned Poojary.
Meanwhile, Poojary thanked the voters for winning Congress candidate in 7 constituencies out of 8 in Dakshina Kannada district. Sullia Congress candidate lost with a margin of few votes, added Poojary.
