Newskarnataka-Puttur

Puttur:Wild Jack wood (Hebbalasu) logs worth nearly Rs 50,000 which were being unauthorisedly transported in a mini lorry  at Bollaru in 34 Nekkilady village have been seized by the Puttur forest authorities on October 4, Friday.

The lorry driver named Zakaria was also arrested by the raiding team which was led by Shivananda Acharya, Deputy conservator of Forests.
