Mangaluru: A 21-year old college student, who recently bought a bike (KTM Duke) and another rider were killed, after their bikes collided with each other on Monday night.

The police said that the deceased are Joel Stephen Sequeira, a student of SDM College, Ujire and Manohar (40).

The accident took place late night at Maddadka near Guruvankere. The family sources said that Joel was returning home after taking part in the college function.

Manohar, who was riding moped died on the spot, while Joel succumbed to injuries at a private hospital in the city.

Beltangady police have registered a case.
