Karkala:The Karkala Rural cops have nabbed two persons for stealing MESCOM electric cables weighting about 400 KG near the Naravi bus stand.

According to the sources the the duo had stolen the cables kept near Hosmar Sri Hari Electricals.

The names of the accused are Ibrahim Latif alias Latif (24) of Kashipatna and Haneef (22) of Ballanje in Belthangady.

Investigations are on.
