Mangalore: A car banged to an electric column this evening at Kulshekar. Driver of the car changed the direction in order to save a kid who was crossing the road, dismally his car lost control, resulting in car collided to an electric column.

The kid is supposed to be from road-side slum dwellers. This incident became a boon for the life of a kid; can be a curse if such sudden crossing the roads incidents have not been taken care by road side slum dwellers.

Moreover, the front part of car, its bonnet is majorly damaged. Driver is reportedly safe.
